Tries too hard to be The Royal Tenenbaums and fails miserably. Pointless is a word that comes to mind a lot when watching this movie. Picks up a little at the end.
Although it feels rushed at times, the compelling performances of Lohman and Pfeiffer and the powerful ending make this movie a joy to watch.
